It is ASP’s policy to purchase equipment from tier one manufacturers in order to ensure the best quality and supply for our clients. We survey equipment manufacturers almost daily to find the best available prices to make our projects more economical. As members of the Amicus Cooperative, ASP can take advantage of the buying power and cost savings associated with being part of this larger buying group and pass that savings on to our clients.
ASP selects equipment for each project based on our design, specific site conditions, client needs and our more than 25 years of experience designing PV systems. We work closely with our clients and the site host to ensure that our proposed design parameters and equipment meet all code and utility specific requirements.
ASP has installed PV systems utilizing many of the leading crystalline solar modules, including Trina, Canadian Solar, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Sharp, and Hanwha.
In 2006, ASP also created the SOLSTICE® Manufacturing Company, which makes a unique low-weight bearing ballasted mounting system. ASP uses the SOLSTICE® racking system for many of its ground and roof mounted systems as it offers many benefits such as low profile, an easy install and flexible array layouts.
